Attendance of Representatives of:

GOPAC, ADB, USAID, AUSAID, FES, TI, CIDA, JICA, PAGC, the Ombudsman and other distinguished guests.

Objectives:

1. Organization of SEAPAC and adoption of its Constitution.

2. Adoption of a Regional Action Plan against Corruption.

3. Adoption of a Resolution urging the Ratification of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
